Как таковой набережной в Тарусе нет. Но есть некая прибрежная зона, довольно комфортная для прогулок, особенно в светлое время дня.

There is no promenade as such in Tarusa. However, there is a certain coastal zone that is quite comfortable for walking, especially during daylight hours.

В маленьких городах свой ритм, и он привязан к Солнцу. Поэтому после заката жизнь здесь буквально замирает, даже если на самом деле ещё не очень поздно.

In small towns there is its own rhythm, and it is tied to the Sun. Therefore after sunset life here literally freezes, even if in reality it is not very late yet.
