Усадьба расположена на холмистой местности. Основной дом, флигель, усыпальница и дом для прислуги находились как бы на холме, хотя на самом деле здесь идёт естественный перепад высот. Пруды находятся внизу, и вверх на возвышение ведёт извилистая аллея, построенная по принципу горного серпантина.

В парке очень много старых деревьев. Очень много клёнов, но попадаются и другие: например, ясени, лиственницы, ели, вязы, дубы, осины. Среди растительных достопримечательностей отмечаются японский клён и итальянская сосна ― последняя действительно очень красива и необычна для наших широт. По описаниям, в парке раньше было полно плодово-ягодных деревьев. Сейчас там всё заросло. Хотя вот встретить полянку, заросшую физалисом, было интересно ― довольно необычное растение для нашей дикой природы, видимо, когда-то очень давно посадили, вот и разросся.

Ещё в парке очень много поваленных деревьев. За парком, видимо, сейчас даже не пытаются ухаживать, хотя когда-то это делали. Сейчас это не парк, а лес с буреломом. Впрочем, в этой заброшенности есть своя прелесть. Удивительно, что туда приезжает достаточно много любопытных ― кто-то любит побродить вокруг прудиков, кто-то приезжает к часовне. В низине около прудов со стороны деревни иногда пахнет животноводческими заведениями, а вот наверху воздух чистый и свежий. Гулять там было очень приятно.

This estate is located on a hilly area. The main house, the living outbuilding, the family vault, and the servants house were on a hill (although there is a natural drop in elevation). Ponds are located below, and up to the elevation leads a winding alley, built on the principle of a mountain serpentine.

In local park there is a lot of old trees. There is a lot of old maples, also, there are others: for example, ashes, larches, spruces, elms, oaks, aspens. Among the plant attractions are Japanese maple and Italian pine ― the latter is really very beautiful and unusual for our latitudes. According to descriptions in Internet, the park was full of fruit and berry trees. It's all overgrown now. Although it was interesting to meet a glade with physalis ― it is unusual plant for our wild nature, apparently, it was planted once very long ago.

Also, there are a lot of fallen trees in this park. Apparently, nobody is not even trying to take care of, although it was once done. Now it is not a park, it is a forest with a windfall. However, there is its own charm in this abandonment. It is surprising that quite a lot of curious people come here ― someone likes to walk around the ponds, someone comes to the chapel. In the lowlands near the ponds from the village sometimes smells of livestock establishments, but at the top the air is clean and fresh. It was very pleasant to walk here.
